Project Introduction

The project is located in Zhangbei County, Zhangjiakou City, Hebei Province. The total investment of the project is 500 million yuan. The project introduces foreign advanced liquid milk production line and processing technology, has the world’s leading dairy detection technology, and is equipped with rapid microbial detectors and high performance liquid chromatographs, and other world advanced equipment. Through multiple rounds of bidding and on-site inspections, Weitan Technology customized a professional temperature monitoring solution.

This project uses 31 sets of intelligent distributed temperature sensing devices of Weitan Technology, with a total of 135 temperature measurement points, monitoring the static contacts of the high-voltage switch cabinet and the contact points of the copper bar of the cable, and real-time monitoring of the hot spots of the high-voltage switch cabinet and the capacitor cabinet. At the same time, the distributed temperature sensing system is used to monitor the temperature of the cable trench in real time, and all the temperature data are summarized and displayed through the configuration software.
